THIRTEEN years after the murky deaths of Griff and Martha Thomas, another bizarre local case was ruled out as murder - the drowning of a fully-clothed woman in a cold, half-filled bath.

During an inquest into the death of 73-year-old Florence Evans in April 1989, her family said they did not believe she had died as part of a tragic accident.
