Cricket hero Ian Botham is in training for the Welsh leg of his 11th walk for cancer charities. Beefy, who is striding out in aid of Leukaemia Research and Teenage Cancer Trust, arrives in Cardiff on October 14 for a 10-mile stretch through the capital.

More young people die from blood cancers than any other cancer and every day six teenagers and young adults are diagnosed with cancer in the UK.
