PRIME Minister Gordon Brown will today subject himself to a grilling in a set of TV interviews in an effort to kick-start Labour's fight back following its Mayday meltdown.

The party's 24% projected share of the vote on Thursday thrust it into third place behind the Lib Dems and would cost as many as 200 seats - including around nine in Wales - if repeated at a general election.
