A religious row has broken out in the Valleys after a group of Muslims bought a 150-year-old Welsh chapel to convert into a mosque.

Locals claim they are desecrating the disused Grade II-listed Berea United Reformed Chapel in Blaina, while the new owners - the Abergavenny-based Imman Muslim Society of Gwent - say they are breathing new life into the building.
