THE RSPCA has appealed for help after an injured pony and a neglected dog were found cruelly dumped and left to die.
The mare was abandoned in the Holywell, Flintshire, area on March 17 and the West Highland terrier was found on March 18 on the road between Dolgarrog and Trefriw, Conwy.See the full content of this document
