THE mothers of two young women who drowned after watching a raging sea have spoken of how the death of a teen in the same circumstances re-ignited their agony.
Best friends Shelley Hughes, 21, and Claire Jones, 20, died in September 2000 after a night out in Colwyn Bay when they went to a slipway to look at dramatic seas lashing the promenade.See the full content of this document
