THE Arab Spring... phone hacking... riots... a tsunami in Japan... the crisis in the Eurozone... 2011 was a momentous year in human history all right. Here in Wales we had a thrilling Yes vote in the referendum on the National Assembly's powers, an election which really fired the public's imaginations and a two-month-long saga over a couple of Lib Dem AMs who couldn't fill in a form properly. But like a shark, the news doesn't stop moving, and 2012 is the year they're already calling "the new 2011". What do we have in store over the next 12 months?
