A woman died yesterday after being airlifted from a lifeboat after injuring herself aboard a yacht. Holyhead Coastguard received an emergency call from the boat a mile off Harlech, in Tremadog Bay at 3pm.

She had head injuries but it was not known whether there had been an accident or she had collapsed.
